Are you wanting to make some life changes, but not sure where to start? Our goal setting sessions may be just what you need to get you started. You do not have to be a member to take advantage of these. These sessions are a way to start making small but effective changes in your life, as we will zone in on what needs to change when it comes to your "Pillars of Health" (i.e. Movement, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Sleep, Healthy Stress Levels, Work-Life Balance, etc).
Once we set your goals in the session, we will follow up with an action plan for you so that you walk away with a personalized plan to implement into YOUR life. We will discuss barriers that will come up, as well as give you a plan to tackle them. You can do these as your intro to training with us, or simply book in every 8 weeks for accountability and to build on the previous set of goals as they become part of your lifestyle.
