Small Group Training

At Change Fitness we believe in the power of community connection while moving our bodies. We have a variety of different class options, zoning in on Full Body Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Yoga (classes styles vary), Aerobic and Anaerobic Training, and Core Work. If you want to get a solid sweat on, have a laugh and be a part of creating a positive impact on those doing burpees beside you, join in on one of our small group training classes! We provide modifications in all of our classes so that beginner to advanced fitness levels can leave with a solid workout.
